This year’s exhibition Xinkaijia highlighted the EVA three-density sole machine. It is reported that the traditional similar products are mostly double-color, density soles are generally hand-bonded with glue, not only not environmentally friendly, but also prone to quality problems such as degumming. The new Kay Kay machine combines three different density and color EVA bottoms in advance, and the combination of three density sole materials is automatically realized by the machine’s vulcanization and vacuuming machine.

In the past two years, E-TPU sports shoes have been well received by the market, and due to its environmental protection, wear resistance, high shock resilience, antibacterial and breathable characteristics, the technical revolution of sports soles has been detonated.

It is reported that the new Kaijia machine has developed this shoe machine in only 2 years. At present, this equipment can completely replace imported equipment, and it can be widely applied.
